- This Repair Service comes with 6 Months Warranty on the replaced touchscreen.
- Warranty will only cover the Replaced Touchscreen. If your Sat Nav develops a different fault after repair either by itself or due to improper use or fitment then it will NOT be covered under our Repair Service Warranty!
- Warranty will be Voided if our Warranty Security Seals are tampered with!
How does the Postal Repair Service work?

| Step 2. Print the order confirmation you receive after the purchase. |
| Step 3. Carefully pack your unit including the printed Order Confirmation in the package. |
| Step 4. Ship it to NaviTex using our address shown on the Order Confirmation. |
| Step 5. We repair it when it gets to us, test it, send you a video on Whatsapp to make sure you’re happy with the repair (If you provide us with your phone number) then ship it back to you. |
What is the turnaround time for this Repair?
- Turnaround time for this repair is 1-2 days.
- Please note that “Turnaround Time” refers to the time your navigation system will stay with us for repair and test, it doesn’t include shipping time!
What if it’s Non Repairable?
- Unless someone else attempted to repair your Skoda Yeti Sat Nav Touchscreen before then it should be repairable.
- If any under circumstance it is a “Non Repair” you’ll be refunded in Full except the shipping cost which will cover shipping the unit back to you.

The Satnav packed up closely followed by the ability to change the radio stations. I followed instructions and video to remove the unit from the car and found it very simple. I rapped it in bubble wrap, put it in 300mm x. 300mm cardboard box and posted it on Tuesday. It arrived back on Friday and took about 15 minutes to re- install and it works perfectly. I contacted Navitex to check if my specific model (Yeti 2017) could be repaired. I received a response within an hour confirming that it could. I sent the unit and Andrei repaired it right away, sending me a video of my unit working. I had the repaired unit back 24 hrs after receiving the video, and once back it works perfectly well! Smart link is a great addition, and overall having a fully functioning unit when driving for 4 hrs a day, ir has made a massive difference! Why did I wait ??? I cannot recommend the service enough.

After living with a malfunctioning screen on my Yeti for a couple of years and assuming it would be a nightmare to get fixed, I felt it was finally time to try to get it sorted.
I contacted Andrei with a quick query initially and was immediately impressed by his quick and helpful response, which crystalised my confidence that I had found the right man for the job (notwithstanding the already excellent feedback received from previous customers). So, I removed, packaged up and sent the unit off and within barely 24 hours it was all fixed and being prepared for delivery back to me.
The unit looks and operates perfectly, like the day it left the factory. Can’t fault the standard of work or the efficiency of NaviTex – highly recommended.

If only all companies providing a service were as good as Navitex. Had the usual surprising touchscreen issues with our late model Skoda Yeti Lauren & Klement. Consulted Skoda dealer to receive the ridiculous £1200 quotation to replace so lived with the defect for a couple of years. Then thought “this is ridiculous” as the frozen screen affected several functions not just satnav so did some research, came across Navitex, emailed an enquiry last weekend as not sure if they dealt with our particular unit, received immediate affirmative reply even though it was Sunday. Sent the unit on Monday, they received it Tuesday, I received it back fully sorted on Thursday. This is remarkable service by any standards, Communication superb, cost very acceptable and the “CarPlay”:activation a really worthwhile bonus : no need to spend yet more money updating the satnav maps, can now do it via Google maps from the iPhone. Conclusion….exceptional company, highly recommended.

I had some issues with my car audio touch screen and looked to get this repaired. The dealer quoted £1200+ not including fitting. Needless to say I looked elsewhere and found these guys.
