- Warranty will be Voided if our Warranty Security Seals are tampered with!

Step 5. We repair it when it gets to us, test it, send you a video on Whatsapp to make sure you’re happy with the repair (If you provide us with your phone number) then ship it back to you. |

- Please note that “Turnaround Time” refers to the time your navigation system will stay with us for repair and test, it doesn’t include shipping time!
What if it's Non Repairable?
- At NaviTex we have a Very High Success Rate on repairing these Volkswagen RNS510 Sat Nav units!
- Unless someone else attempted to repair your Sat Nav before then it should be repairable.
- If any under circumstance it is a “Non Repair” you’ll be refunded in Full except the shipping cost which will cover shipping the unit back to you.

My RNS 510 radio was going on and off randomly accompanied each time by a loud popping noise through the speakers. I toyed with the idea of replacing it with a new digital type unit but found out I’d probably have to change my reversing camera as well (more expense!). When I saw the Navitex advert it seemed a much better idea as it would be straight back in and compatible with my camera. I contacted Navitex to order the repair, got the radio out and sent off on Monday, I got a WhatsApp video of the working unit on Wednesday and it was back with me and I reinstalled it on Thursday. I’ve given it a few days to settle in and can confirm it’s working fine and seems better than it was before, now it’s had a software update. I have already recommended the service to a couple of friends and will have no hesitation doing do again.

My RNS 510 had given up after several software updates, with the touch screen not responding, endless boot loops and none of the physical buttons both on the unit and steering wheel working. I decided to call Navitex who over the phone were confident in being able to help. After posting off the unit, I had the diagnosis within 48 hours – broken CPU chips so a new motherboard needed. The price was clear and feedback honest, so I asked for the repair (which I thought was a reasonable cost). That same day I had a video clearly showing my fixed unit, and it was with me the next morning all carefully packaged. The unit has worked very well since, in fact even better, as a free sat nav update was included in the repair. Would recommend to anyone with RNS510 trouble – saves a lot of hassle by using Navitex.
