- This Repair Service comes with 6 Months Warranty on the work we carry out (Except for Naim amplifiers that had previous attempted repairs by others).
- Warranty will only cover the Same Fault we carried the repair for. If your Naim amplifier develops a different fault after repair either by itself or due to improper use or fitment then it will NOT be covered under our Repair Service Warranty!
- Warranty will be Voided if our Warranty Security Seals are tampered with!

A couple of months ago, the Naim amplifier in my 2010 Bentley Continental stopped working after a routine annual service at the Bentley dealer. Trying to save some money, I initially sent the amplifier to someone I found on eBay in the West Midlands, as his prices were cheaper than other repairers. He claimed the amplifier was beyond repair and offered to sell me a replacement. Frustrated, I returned to the Bentley dealer who carried out the service on the car, and they recommended Andrei at NaviTex.
