If only all companies providing a service were as good as Navitex. Had the usual surprising touchscreen issues with our late model Skoda Yeti Lauren & Klement. Consulted Skoda dealer to receive the ridiculous £1200 quotation to replace so lived with the defect for a couple of years. Then thought “this is ridiculous” as the frozen screen affected several functions not just satnav so did some research, came across Navitex, emailed an enquiry last weekend as not sure if they dealt with our particular unit, received immediate affirmative reply even though it was Sunday. Sent the unit on Monday, they received it Tuesday, I received it back fully sorted on Thursday. This is remarkable service by any standards, Communication superb, cost very acceptable and the “CarPlay”:activation a really worthwhile bonus : no need to spend yet more money updating the satnav maps, can now do it via Google maps from the iPhone. Conclusion….exceptional company, highly recommended.

The touchscreen on my Skoda Yeti Amundsen head unit had become faulty, apparently a known issue. A complete replacement unit I believe is in the region of £1200. Found several places online with varying prices and reviews… Took a punt on Navitex and sent the head unit off on a Thursday. Needn’t have worried, received a video of the unit operating on the following Monday, with the unit returned well packaged on the Tuesday. Refitted and I now have a fully functioning unit again. Fantastic service and highly recommended.

I had some issues with my car audio touch screen and looked to get this repaired. The dealer quoted £1200+ not including fitting. Needless to say I looked elsewhere and found these guys.
Initially I thought “too good to be true” however on researching and talking on the phone they were quick to quell any concerns and the order was booked and radio sent off.
