- Please note that “Turnaround Time” refers to the time your navigation system will stay with us for repair and test, it doesn’t include shipping time!
What if it's Non Repairable?
- Unless someone else attempted to repair your Volkswagen Sat Nav Touchscreen previously, then it should be repairable.
- If any under circumstance it is a “Non Repair” you’ll be refunded in Full except the shipping cost which will cover shipping the unit back to you.

been having problems with the touch screen on my vw sat nav for some time. had a look on the internet for someone to correct the problem. identified navitex. rang up on the monday and arranged to visit on the tuesday morning. in about 30 minutes the screen had been replaced and the unit was as good as new. thanks! an excellent service.

I purchased a self fit overlay screen from another supplier but at the last minute I thought to myself “how is this going to work long term if I just overlay onto an existing faulty digitiser screen?”
I changed my mind and sent my unit to Navitex for removal of the faulty display and a new replacement fitted.
I posted it on Friday and the unit was back with me the following Wednesday. I have just refitted it to my VW Transporter Van today and it looks and works list like new.

Amazing service. The screen had started to fail (non responsive) in our 2018 Amarok. I found NaviTex online after some research into repair service providers, we chose to go with NaviTex as other repairers offered a repair by overlaying a new screen on top of the old (failed) one. NatiTex on the other hand actually remove the failed screen and replace it with the new one. I booked an appointment for their drive in – drive out service. We arrived at 08:30 on the agreed date and our Head Unit was removed in less than 5 mins! We popped around the corner to Morrisons and received a text by 09:00 saying that our unit was repaired. We drove back around to NaviTex and our repaired unit was back in our car by 09:15 – we drove an hour each way to get to NaviTex, but it was worth it as the service was 100% hassle free and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them if you are having Touch Screen issues 5 stars all the way.

Absolutely brilliant! My discover media mib2 head unit was having issues with dead spots on the screen and freezing. I contacted these guys and they assured me that they could fix the unit at a fraction of the cost of a new head unit which VW wanted to supply me. The turnaround was exceptionally fast, they even sent me a WhatsApp msg with a short video of my new screen working perfectly before returning it to me. My VW T28 touchscreen had become unworkable, it was mostly unresponsive to touch whilst also having “ghost” touches frequently whilst using the vehicle. It also had what appeared to be adhesive dripping down the front of the panel in the vehicle. Nightmare! Luckily, having taken the radio unit out of the vehicle (not difficult) and sending it off to NaviTex, it was quickly repaired and returned (couple of working days). Communication was great, with a video of the repair sent on WhatsApp and confirmation of the radio being h returned by tracked post. Couldn’t be happier twitch the result, and I wish I’d done this way sooner. Haven’t managed to test long term success, but initial impressions are great.

The screen in our VW Beetle had areas where the ‘touch’ function wasn’t working and it was also randomly selecting radio stations. I had seen all the YouTube videos showing how one could fix the problem but these involved disconnecting the original digitiser and simply placing another one in front of the faulty one. This didn’t seem like a good solution to me. I found Navitex and saw that they did a proper repair by professionally replacing the faulty digitiser. I posted our unit to Navitex and received it back within a day or so and now it works as it should. Great service and a sensible price. Very happy and would recommend Navitex.

The touch screen on our VW California T6 SatNav / radio was losing functionality with areas of the screen not working.
