Introducing NaviTex

NaviTex repairs car head units and Bentley amplifiers from our workshop in Widnes, Cheshire. We fix the original unit from your car rather than replacing it, so it goes back in working as it should, keeps its coding, and costs much less than a new one.

What we repair

• Volkswagen: RNS510 and RNS810 units, Discover Media and Composition Media MIB2 touchscreens (Transporter T6, Caddy, Tiguan and more), MIB2 units that won’t boot, and Discover Pro MIB1 and MIB2 units with no sound.
• Skoda: Columbus RNS510 units in the Octavia, Superb and Yeti, and Yeti MIB2 touchscreens.
• Seat: Alhambra RNS510 units and MIB2 touchscreens.
• Audi: A3, S3 and RS3 MMI units with no sound.
• Porsche: PCM3.1, PCM4 and PCCM Plus head units.
• Bentley: Continental GT, Flying Spur and Mulsanne head units, and Naim and standard amplifiers.
• Lamborghini: Huracan and Aventador head units.

How we repair

We repair at component level. Many faults that look like a dead unit or a “non-repairable” verdict elsewhere come down to one failed part. We find it, replace it, update the software where needed, and test the unit before it comes back to you. On touchscreen repairs we fit a brand-new touch panel, not an overlay on top of the old one.

Warranty

Every repair comes with a 12‑month warranty, or 6 months if the unit had been opened or repaired by someone else before. Each unit gets a warranty sticker with a code, and we set up your warranty for you. You can check it on our Warranty page.

How to book

Choose your repair on our website and post your unit to us from anywhere in the UK or abroad. You can also drop it off and collect it by appointment. Most repairs take 1 to 3 working days from when your unit arrives.
