Shipping your faulty navigation system or audio amplifier to us is paid by you, not included in the Postal Repair Service price. The price for shipping back to you after repair is added/included on the checkout page!
Step 1 | Buy the Repair Service on our website. |

Step 2 | Print the Order Confirmation you receive by email after the purchase. |
Step 3 | Carefully pack your Unit | Amplifier including the printed Order Confirmation in the package. |
Step 4 | Ship it to us using the address shown on the Order Confirmation. |
Step 5 | We repair it when it gets to us, test it, and ship it back to you. |
If you are trying to buy from outside of UK and getting the “sorry, we don’t deliver to your area” message on checkout, please use the Contact Us form on our website to get a quote for shipping.
For UK mainland our go-to shipping companies are Royal Mail or ParcelForce – Usually Next Day Delivery. You can request us to use your favorite shipping company by adding a note on the checkout page.
For Europe | International shipping we use DHL or Fedex.
Yes, all our Repair Services come with NaviTex Warranty. Exception applies to previous attempted repairs by others!
Warranty time period for Postal Repair Service is shown on the description of each repair service.
Warranty will be VOIDED if our warranty security seals are tampered with!
Warranty will only cover the Same Fault we carried the repair for. If your Sat Nav develops a different fault after repair either by itself or due to improper use or fitment then it will NOT be covered under our Repair Service Warranty!
