Warranty
Every head unit and amplifier we repair or replace has a warranty sticker with a code and a date on it. Use it below to register your warranty, check it or start a claim.
How warranty claims work
Step 1. Check your warranty Use the code on your warranty sticker, your email address and your order number. |
Step 2. Start a warranty claim If it is still under warranty, press “Start a warranty claim” and tell us what is wrong. |
Step 3. Post it to us You pay to send your head unit or amplifier to us. Please use a tracked service, and do not put tape directly on the unit. |
Step 4. We check and repair it If it is the same fault we repaired, we repair it free of charge. If we find a different fault, we will contact you with a price before doing any work. If you decide not to go ahead, we will send your unit back once you have paid the return postage. |
Step 5. We send it back Once it is repaired under warranty, we pay to send it back to you. |
What is covered
The same fault we repaired. Repairs have a 12 month warranty, or 6 months if the unit had been opened, repaired or taken apart by someone else before (marked PR or PO on the sticker). Replacement units have a 6 month warranty. If a replacement unit develops a fault, we repair or replace it, or refund you if we cannot. Your warranty starts on the date written on the sticker and must be registered on this page. You can see its length in your warranty details above.
What is not covered
- A different fault from the one we repaired
- Faults caused by improper use or fitting
- Units where our warranty seals have been tampered with
Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.
