What Warranty does this Repair Service come with?
- This Repair Service comes with 12 Months Warranty on the work we carry out (Except for units that had previous attempted repairs by others).
- Warranty will only cover the Same Fault we carried the repair for. If your Sat Nav develops a different fault after repair either by itself or due to improper use or fitment then it will NOT be covered under our Repair Service Warranty!
- Warranty will be Voided if our Warranty Security Seals are tampered with!
How does the Postal Repair Service work?

| Step 2. Print your order confirmation We’ll email it to you straight after booking. No printer? Write your order number on a piece of paper and put it in the box with your sat nav unit. |
| Step 3. Pack your sat nav unit safely Wrap it in bubble wrap and put it in a sturdy box with your order confirmation or order number. Please don’t put any tape directly on the unit itself, only tape the box. |
| Step 4. Post it to us Send it to the NaviTex address shown on your order confirmation. We recommend a tracked postal service, so you can follow your parcel all the way to us. |
| Step 5. We repair, test and return it When it arrives, we repair it and test it. If you give us your phone number, we’ll send you a WhatsApp video of it working. Then we post it back to you. |

What if it’s Non Repairable?

A fast turnaround, a good website for booking and payment, excellent communications (including a detailed video of the working repaired unit, sent via WhatsApp) and by comparison with Bentley repair price, extremely good value for money. Unexpectedly the repaired unit looks newer, cleaner and shinier than the faulty unit sent to Navitex. (The Bentley dealership was happy to communicate directly. They removed and reinstalled the unit following its return). A very professional repair.

Great turnaround. Dropped the unit off at Andrei’s house which was a bit of a surprise as I was expecting a business unit somewhere. However Andrei has a small workshop in the house. I drove back on Sunday and Andrei refitted the head unit and all is working fine with updated maps and speed camera data also installed. Great service.
